Mon - Fri 8am until completed Header Job Summary Description The Logistics Operator II is responsible for safely moving product using powered industrial equipment:
Roles and Responsibilities o Fills orders from tickets according to set quotaso Operation of powered industrial equipment while following UNITED safety policyo Verify all product/full goods/raw materials incoming and outgoingo Stacking loads properlyo Correctly rotate product/materialso Orders filled manually by walking and use of pallet jack and/or riding jackso Identify product by description and quantity then removing product from area and carrying to the staging areao Check for accuracy in pickingo General housekeepingo Complete daily powered equipment inspection formo Reads customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved,gathered, or distributedo Sorts and places materials or items on pallets according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, or product codeo Marks materials with identifying informationo Records amounts of materials or items received or distributedo Count items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to CompanyRequirements o Minimum age of 18 years oldo Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policieso Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the jobo Ability to read, write and speak Englisho Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelineso Ability to maintain safety and security of Company assetso Ability to utilize all Company provided resources and technologyo Less than high school education; or up to 1 months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceo Forklift and electric riding pallet jack experience preferredo Repeatedly graspingo Continuous standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, pushing, pulling and frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 50lbs.
