Roles and Responsibilities o Ensure proper care of equipment, and Company/customer assets dailyo Rotate and replenish products in customer outlet, including displays, racks, and all Coca-Cola and brand partner equipmento Maintain product integrity in every account; neatly stacked, condensed, and rotated backstock, clean coolers and racks to Company standardso Organization and collection of any breakage or out of date product, including empty shells and palletso Provides feedback and recommendations to leadership on competitive threats and business opportunities as they ariseo Works in partnership with the Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver for outlet to execute the picture of successo Establish and maintain positive relationships with all customers, as well as providing superior customer serviceo Ability to work with all functional team membersRequirements o Minimum age of 18 years oldo Valid driver's license required and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policyo Reliable vehicle requiredo Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policieso Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the jobo Ability to read, write and speak Englisho Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelineso Ability to maintain safety and security of Company assetso Ability to utilize all Company provided resources and technologyo High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 3 to 6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceo Frequent bending, kneeling, exposure to weather, and noiseo Ability to work a flexible or rotating scheduleo Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively in fast-paced environmento Ability to respond and resolve to any customer issueso Ability to self-motivate and ability to perform job duties with minimal supervisiono Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memoso Ability to write simple correspondenceo Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organizationo Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimalso Ability to problem solveo Previous Merchandising experience preferredCCBCU is an Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled.
