Deliver an exceptional customer experience while uncovering sales referral opportunities. Surpass Customer Experience score goals set by management. Perform a variety of duties involving paying out, balancing and receiving transactions within assigned delegated authorities. Responsible for handling cash, deposit transaction and daily work balancing. Work together with the other branch associates behind the branch associate line. Participate in all the banking center sales and service activities. Support the branch team by achieving referral goals and participating in targeted sales campaigns.
If selected for this position, the onboarding and training program provides an exciting opportunity to work, master and apply newly acquired skills in various branch locations within the area. This will allow the selected candidate to learn about BBVA and our global organization and have the privilege to work with an incredible team. The eventual branch assignment will occur when all required training activities are successfully completed.

QualificationsMobility and reliable transportation:
The eventual branch assignment will be made upon completion of onboarding and training activities and as area openings occur. Training will occur in various work locations typically within a 25 mile radius. (See additional information in thejob functions section)Some customer service and cash handling experience / (Sr. BA) 6 months branch associate experience / (Sr. BA II) 1 years of branch associate experience.High school diploma required; College degree preferredRetail sales experience preferred.Must display a friendly and helpful attitude and have the ability to interact positively with customers and co-workers.Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations.Must be able to exhibit attention to detail.Must demonstrate the ability to learn and apply procedures.Must have a focus for sales.Must have keyboarding skills.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day.
