Building Maintenance
Our client in Mobile, AL has a great opportunity available for a Building Maintenance Manager. Excellent benefits package, the salary is based on experience.
Duties include:
Planning, coordinating, and supervising of all daily activities related to the mechanical and building trade functions.
Carpentry, electric, plumbing, HVAC, painting and general maintenance.
Manage various construction/renovation projects necessary within the daily operation.
Applicants will be required to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen. Must have a HS Diploma, secondary education preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
