Position Summary of the Human Resources Manager:
Serve as a key member of the management team by planning, budgeting and meeting scheduled targets and productivity for the department, ultimately serving as a tactical and strategic business partner to operations and other functions. Responsible for implementation and administration of policies and programs in the areas of recruiting, onboarding, employment and/or labor relations, payroll, compensation, benefits, training, development, and EHS (environmental, health, and safety).
Requirements:
Position Responsibilities of Human Resources Manager:
oManage all functions of Human Resources for all locations.
oComply with legal requirements, specifically immigration and employment laws, safety and environmental regulations (Affirmative Action, OSHA, etc.)
oManage the recruiting process to support the staffing needs of the plants with qualified employees.
oManage Co-op and work abroad student programs domestically and internationally.
oCoordinate and administer all training programs, documentation and related communication.
oManage compensation and benefits in cooperation with RN HR for hourly and salaried workforce.
oManage the performance review planning and merit process.
oManage employee training, development and leadership assessment programs.
oLead the company's positive employee relations strategy.
oPlan, budget and meet operational and financial targets for Human Resources to maintain business plan parameters including allocated cost.
oLead Continuous Improvement efforts in team (ZFPS, PRIDE, housekeeping, etc.)
oTrack data and report on key performance indicators (KPI) for Human Resources.
oCoordinate projects and daily activities with plant management.
oCoordinate with other Domains and the Business Units at the site to develop and maintain common operating standards, processes and controls.
oImplement Group Directives, other ZF regulations and tools for Human Resources and perform all required reporting to Divisions, Business Units and RN.
oDirect and prioritize workflow of direct reports.
oResponsible for training and qualification of employees through the PFP system.
oMaintains a safe, productive work environment satisfying ZF standards and policy.
oMaintain and continuously improve employee relations and employee satisfaction survey scores.
oResponsible for compliance with TS16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or other applicable standards.
oAdministration of personnel.
oPlant security.
oImplement regional and corporate HR strategies, directives and policies.
oResponsible for the implementation of all aspects of the QM-System in the Human Resources Department. Participate actively in the continuous development of the QM-System for the site.
oMaintains compliance with ITAE and EAR regulations where applicable.

Essential Skills and
Experience:
oBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
o2 years Human Resources experience in manufacturing.
o5 years as a Human Resources Manager.
oKnowledge in employment, labor law and functional areas of HR.
oWillingness to travel up to 10%.
Preferred Skills and
Experience:
oMaster's in HR, MBA or related field.
o10 years of experience in HR.
oPHR or SPHR certification.
oManaging HR staff across multiple disciplines (safety, compensation, benefits, employee relations, etc.).
oExperience in the Automotive industry.
Salary $80,000 - $120,000 a year plus relocation.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
