Job Description:



  • Perform clerical and support tasks to support daily operations
  • Answer inquiries and provide information to others with efficiency
  • Greet customers and guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate department/employee
  • Operate technology systems
  • Maintain a clean, orderly and organized workspace
  • Enter data using QWERTY keyboard
  • Write and respond to routine correspondence
  • Receive, store, organize, or deliver luggage, mail, or other goods as needed
  • Manage the schedules of one or more professionals
  • Comply with Standard Operating Procedures
