Clark Personnel is seeking a Receptionist to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Perform clerical and support tasks to support daily operations
- Answer inquiries and provide information to others with efficiency
- Greet customers and guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate department/employee
- Operate technology systems
- Maintain a clean, orderly and organized workspace
- Enter data using QWERTY keyboard
- Write and respond to routine correspondence
- Receive, store, organize, or deliver luggage, mail, or other goods as needed
- Manage the schedules of one or more professionals
- Comply with Standard Operating Procedures
