High School Diploma or equivalent If competency is achieved (attainment of competency test score required by department management) and upon successful completion of departmental orientation, the employee will be promoted to Nursing Assistant If competency is not achieved, employee must be moved out of this position or terminated in accordance with IH policy and procedures

To receive training to competently assist in the continuity of patient care delivery by providing direct personal care, rehabilitative measures, and supportive services.
