The HR Administrator provides a wide variety of both complex and routine administrative services including HRIS, benefits and general administrative functions.
The position requires a high attention to detail and accuracy.
Essential Responsibilities HRIS Administration Timely and accurately enter all employee updates in SAP including but not limited to new hires, terminations, promotions, demotions, job changes, pay changes etc.
Timely and accurately process all HR Systems requests.
Interact continuously with Payroll Department to ensure accuracy of pay and benefits Provide specific SAP reporting as requested and regularly required.
Responsible for attendance reporting Benefits Administration Data entry for benefits to include new hires, new hire benefit elections, employee updates, open enrollment election changes, life event changes and benefit terminations.
Adds/removes dependents as needed with proper documentation May perform benefits data analysis and reporting as directed Administers COBRA program to insure all eligible employees receive benefits information in a timely manner.
Assist with various leave programs including FMLA, Military, PLOA, STD and LTD.
General Administrative Functions Mail distribution (incoming and outgoing) POC for postage machine Maintaining LOA, Disciplinary action log, etc.
Personnel file maintenance Responsible for timely and accurate filing of documentation Assists with I9 and personnel file audits POC for employee uniforms including ordering, receiving, and distributing Miscellaneous Duties May assist with various employee relations actions (employee concerns/complaints) At times may be required to participate in company events Assists HR and TAD with other various duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE The HR Administrator should have 1-2 years of professional work experience.
A Bachelor's degree in HR can be used in lieu of experience.
Qualifications and Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented, thereby ensuring the accuracy of data entry and delivery of information to the appropriate parties.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
