This position is located in Calvert, Al 2-5 Years HR Experience
Responsibilities:
Work Closely w/HR Team to provide support in designated areas.
Oversee that all HR services activities are performed within defined organization standards.
Effectively partner with internal and external customers, delivering high-level customer service.
Assist with New Hire Orientation for all new hires.
Perform basic regularly scheduled HR processing tasks as assigned.
Manage Team Wear for all Team members including invoices and locker assignments.
Process employee queries and responds in a timely manner.
Ability to help support and review all HR department initiatives, policies, procedures, and systems.
Manage Recognition program for team members which includes service awards and birthday recognition.
Manage filing of all HR Personnel documents Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Note:
