Responsibilities:
Properly mix paint colors Use specialty painting techniques on the vehicle Prepare, blend and finish vehicle surfaces Manage and control materials and inventory Remove dirt and debris from vehicles Perform sanding, buffing, polishing, or retouching vehicles to prepare vehicle surface Taping and covering vehicle parts efficiently and with extreme precision does not require painting Prepare vehicles for primer and paint application Maintain a clean and safe work environment Work on vehicles for extended periods of time Work alongside the paint prep team to assist in keeping the vehicle on schedule Inspect final prep and paint application Requirements:
Prior experience working with paint processes Ability to perform small repairs on vehicles such as dings, scratches, and minor repairs Experience with wet sand and buffing Ability to meet physical demands of the position, including walking, bending, crouching, and standing for extended periods of time Able to use hand power tools Withstand exposure to fumes and dust Strong attention to detail Work in a fast-paced environment ReconLogic is a division of Xcite Automotive.
