Are you a proven team player who is proficient in performing diagnostics, repair, and start-up on various brands of commercial and industrial HVAC We are looking for a thorough Preventative Maintenance Technician to undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of customer HVAC equipment.
You will perform maintenance tasks of HVAC and documenting deficiencies for customer decision-making.
A Maintenance Technician is a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines and follow detailed tasks.
The goal is to maintain the buildings HVAC equipment in the best possible condition.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance and repair various types of heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems for both commercial and industrial customers.
Document deficiencies found during maintenance for communication to customers.
High-level attention to detail in documenting work performed.
Communicate to customers, dispatch, parts procurement, supervisors, and managers, as needed, to keep the company and customers informed about work progressions.
Be available to work limited nights or weekends, on a rotating basis, to service emergency needs of our customers.
Participate in OEM and company-provided training opportunities on the latest industry technologies.
Qualifications:

years' experience in HVAC preventative maintenance performance is required High school diploma or equivalent Good analytical skills and attention to detail Associates degree or equivalent from an HVAC trade school or (5) years of related experience is preferred Basic computer skills Excellent customer service skills with a desire to exceed customer expectations Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure the job is done correctly the first time Well-groomed, neat appearance Valid driver's license and clean driving record Must be able to pass a background check and drug test Lift up to 50 pounds; be able to push, pull, carry, or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices); carry ladders; work from heights.
Skills Proven experience as preventative maintenance technician Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime High school diploma or equivalent; Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field will be a plus Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) is desired Job Type:
