XBS-Southeast, a XEROX company is seeking an entrepreneurial Branch Sales Manager to lead, coach, inspire and motivate a team of Outside Sales professionals who are focused on selling hardware, software, and information technology (IT) solutions to named accounts in the Alabama marketplace.
Responsibilities:
Lead, develop and motivate a team of individual contributors to achieve sales team objectives Manage a multi-million dollar annual budget with double-digit growth Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure target sales goals and profit objectives are achieved Plan and implement recurring team meetings and training to provide a cohesive approach to revenue targets Provides a management-level point of contact for customers and establishes and maintains strong customer rapport Facilitate account development strategies on target accounts to drive net new business Coach and develop strategies to maximize market potential, grow net new business and upsell into current client accounts Manage daily/weekly sales activity by reviewing team performance pipeline and activity Create and foster an atmosphere of success with a collaborative and fun environment
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience leading a profitable sales team Track record of producing results Strong written and verbal communication Office technology industry experience preferred
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
SalesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
