(AHIS) is seeking a Senior Solutions Development Analyst to join the Business Systems Support team in Mobile, AL. Duties consist of working with business partners, clinicians, and IT personnel to configure, troubleshoot and providing operational support for enterprise level information systems.
This associate will also support and resolve issues for assigned project teams for system implementations and upgrades and applicable interfaces. This position requires a strong focus on customer service and will form productive relationships with AHIS colleagues and internal customers. The Senior SD Analyst will effectively apply technical knowledge to solve issues and enable users to maximize productive use of business application systems.

Required
Qualifications:
5 or more years of relevant IT experience with previous project management and McKesson system implementation experience
Ability to fulfill On Call rotation requirements
Masters Degree
Previous experience with maintenance and development of order sets
Willingness to reside within a commutable distance of Mobile, AL
Additional Preferred
Qualifications:
HL7, ADT, Results, and Orders interface development and support experience
Report writing and business intelligence experience
SQL and/or Crystal Reports database experience
Applicable Industry Certifications
### RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities:
Works with vendors, hospital staff, and IT staff to implement, test, maintain, and support enterprise level information systems
Provides technical support for projects, upgrades, interface updates and system support.
Produce and maintain documentation of business requirements, build changes, and support guides.
Participate in testing and validation of code upgrades and issue resolution.
Provide end user support and system maintenance
Address production application and interface issues by providing analysis and timely solutions
Provide 24x7 on-call support on a rotating basis with other team member
